IMPORTANT INFORMATION: This unit is a modular building, NOT a mobile building. Modular buildings are pre-manufactured (fabricated) buildings or modular(s) that are brought in and set on a foundation (no axels or towing tongue). It will take an over the road carrier that specializes in modular building transportation. Please research your moving options prior to bidding. No refund of purchase price will be allowed if you purchase and are unable to move by deadline date.

MOVING REQUIREMENTS: Successful bidder is responsible for all costs associated with removal of this modular. This modular will need moved from LCCC in Cheyenne no later than December 31, 2018. If it is not removed by December 31, 2018 a $250.00 per day fee will be charged to buyer. BUYER will be required to move it in two sections, as the property will not allow for it to be removed in one single unit. Buyer or buyers mover will be required to sign a BASIC SERVICE AGREEMENT prior to starting work on LCCC property for its removal. That document will be provided to the successful bidder by LCCC. SIGNS: Signs you see in photos that have anything to do with LCCC will be removed by LCCC staff once it is sold prior to removal.
